Progress Pictures: Month I, The "Before" Pictures.

Wow, these are actually hard to look at and I am a little surprised I am sharing them with you. My body has changed drastically this past year, those green underwear there - they fit me last winter! I have much much more cellulite now and my thighs have added plenty of inches, my hips though... those are defiantly the most notable (for me), along with my ever growing gut.

And there you have it, as a form of motivation I think I will post a "progress picture" every month to catalog my weight loss. I think once I reach my goal the only thing I am going to miss is my boobs haha, they went up slightly but I wasn't working with much before haha.

Not because those pictures are so horrible (because they aren't... you have a looooong way to go before you have to worry about your weight leading to serious health problems) -- but because you are willing to take charge of your health and lifestyle and make some really positive changes. (And do it in a public forum, to boot!)

    ... May I make a comment, though? For your height, your final goal weight seems a little low. As in, close to the bottom your healthy BMI. So don't knock yourself if you don't get all the way back down there. Once you get to 140, you should consider yourself a success. Then, if you continue to eat healthy foods and lead an active lifestyle, if you lose a little more, great. If not, no biggie.
